Welcome

Our club’s aim is to foster an interest in and the enjoyment of photography.  We do this through competitions, workshops, lectures, outings and meetings with other camera clubs.

Our members are all keen amateur photographers. Their photographic interests may vary – landscape, portraiture, sporting, abstract, etc.,  but they all share a passion for capturing great images, improving their skills and techniques and sharing their knowledge and experiences with other members.  Some examples of our members’ recent photos appear on this page.

HHCC – Opera House Interior Shoot

  • Sunday, December 18, 2022
  • 9:15 AM 10:45 AM
  • Cost:   $65.00 per person

GREAT NEWS SandraD Imagery is excited to offer you a chance to capture the stunning architecture from inside the Opera House. GOOD NEWS THE CONCERT HALL is now open and has been added to the tours.

Join me on a 1 hour private guided tour led by a Sydney Opera House guide where you can capture the angles and textures of this truly amazing building. You will be able to photograph the beautiful interior as we move around the building and learn the history and interesting facts of this amazing structure. You will have plenty  of opportunities to capture images of this stunning building. I have arranged the first tour of the morning, which gives us the opportunity to walk the building and shoot without crowds .

There may be restrictions where we will not be able to take photos, as this does not come under the Opera House licensing agreements.  Please note this not a workshop or photoshoot, we have to fall in line with the time lines of Sydney Opera House.

The Sydney Opera House is Australia’s most recognizable building and the most photographed icon of Sydney. Here are some interesting facts – More than 8.2 million people from Australia and around the world visit it each year and some 300,000 people take part in guided tours.

This is not a Sydney Opera House operated site, however you will join a guided tour at Sydney Opera House, when you make a booking you are doing so via a third party company with no direct affiliation to Sydney Opera House.
